Absolutely useless since the energy hub disappeared from the app. Contacted EDF who told me the new version of the app should have sorted it but it's still missing. What's the actual point of the app or smart meter if you can't track your usage.

Ok for today but overall the contact service since the transfer to edf has been very poor
So as advised I spoke to shreya on WhatsApp as requested. So I am being told its a temporary disconnection and will be sorted lol. So a temporary disconnection from 10th of Feb till 27th April and going. Just sending a picture of a middle finger would have been easier. And to make matter worse I literally sent her a screenshot of the app and initially replied nothing wrong with it 🙃.. last update is from 10th of Feb.. for real????
Do not give option to get in touch with you can some one please ring me to sort this issue out you keep sending me estimated readings I need a smart reader my gas meter has been located outside I cannot get an accurate reading I am disabled and need someone to come & read my gas meter or a smart meter fitted PLESSE PLESE PLEASE HELP
Can't get through to you. I am running out of electricity because the price has gone up now i will have to put £40 a month instead of 30. I am a pensioner in july, i can't manage now on universal credit, so i don't think it is going to be easy to live a electric life . June Knowles.
Now useless. Can't top up through app tells you to use the website. Waste of storage and a waste of customers money
